One of the most often asked question over the last 18 years, when I am stocktaking, is how many shots are there is a bottle?
Well the answer will of course depend on the size of the bottle and the size of the Measure.
It is important to know so that you can calculate the correct selling price and also train your staff to use the correct measure with the correct spirit. If they don’t use the correct measure then this can cause a disaster with your Gross Profit.
