In a bar you have all sorts of cooling equipment such as Flash Coolers, Bottle Fridges and Cellar Coolers. They are designed to radiate heat into the air around them.

If the fins and coils are not kept clean (as in this picture) then the cooler will not be working efficiently. It will be using more electricity then it needs to, affecting your profit.

Make cleaning the grills part of your regular cleaning schedule.

Also make sure that you don’t put items in front of coolers as this will also affect the efficiency of the unit and also make it less prone to breakdowns.
