If you employ a Bar Steward it would be best practice to retain an independent stocktaker to monitor the stock. This protects the Club’s Officers as well as the steward.
Selling Up or Buying?
If you are in the process of buying or selling your social or sports club then you will need a stock at valuation (SAV) on the day of hand over. We work to the ILTSA code of practice for Valuations and can work for the Seller or Buyer or for both. You will get a valuation certificate for your accountant and it will also include all Utility Readings.
